Payment can be made in cash, BACs, debit and all major credit cards. Card payments can be taken over the phone during normal working hours. If your horse is insured, please notify the insurance company as soon as possible and pass on the claim form to us for completion. You do not need to wait until the end of the course of treatment to make a claim; this enables your insurers to reimburse your outlay as you go along. Check the small print of your policy to check what is or is not covered before you embark on a course of treatment. Prompt payment of your account enables us to keep our charges as low as possible.
